You are an energetic and experienced Game Designer. Your goal is to create games that positively influence player behavior. And you enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams with visual designers, developers and project managers.
What are we looking for?
- You are a creative & innovative designer who can think out-of-the-box.
- You have experience with the entire development process: from idea generation and conceptualization to development, implementation, testing and launching.
- You get energy from working in multidisciplinary teams of developers, visual designers, game designers and project managers.
- You have experience in working together with a project manager in the areas of resource allocation, planning and risk monitoring.
- You’re capable of leading creative sessions where you will be clarifying problem definitions and project objectives and come up with initial solutions – in collaboration with clients, domain experts and your team.
- You are able to transform complex project goals and customer questions into innovative, effective and motivating gaming concepts that are valuable to both our clients and end users.
- You are self-critical and responsible. You can communicate clearly and are open to feedback from others.

Who are you?
- You have at least 4 years of relevant job experience and HBO/WO (applied/academic) thinking level; experience in the development of serious/applied games is a must.
- You have an interest in serious games and behavioral change. In other words, you get excited about making a positive impact in a playful way.
- You have experience with software development and (some) technical affinity.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English (writing and speaking).
- Affinity with data-driven design is a plus.
