Minimum requirements to be successful ✅
- 3 years of experience in HR management (experience in IT, digital or in a fast paced startup environment is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (we currently use People Force) and general Google and MS office tools.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organisational design, employer branding.
- Good understanding of (and willingness to learn) labor laws and regulations within Europe.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle challenging situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with our senior partners and founders to align and implement HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding in collaboration with the talent acquisition specialist and external recruitment partners.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Implement and support performance management processes, including evaluations and career development plans.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, employee engagement and team building.
- Address employee concerns, mediate potential conflicts, and maintain a healthy and safe employee relations environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Develop and maintain and further refine HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and guidelines that are compliant with relevant labour laws and ethical standards.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting an environment where all individuals are valued and respected.

- Salary range between €4.000 – €4.500 excluding vacation allowance, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a pension plan, a monthly €50 stipend to cover work-from-home expenses, performance-based bonuses, and an allocation of 25 vacation days.
