Your Story at AMS 

To be successful in the role, you’ll have to develop a deep understanding of the business and culture, and foster knowledge and appreciation around the digital agency landscape. You’ll be responsible for driving decisions on organization design, compensation, employee development, and much more. Leading, demonstrating, redefining and even challenging the Story of AMS culture is a top priority. Furthermore, you are a positive person with a sense of humor who can leave their ego at the door. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a human resource strategy
  • Maintaining procedures (e.g. salary, bonuses, dismissal, sick leave and absence)
  • Act as a point of contact for all levels within the organization
  • Formulating the recruitment and selection policy for new staff
  • Drawing up vacancies
  • Organizing and coordinating performance appraisals
  • Drawing up job profiles and relevant competencies
  • Welcoming and training of new employees
  • Helping and/or guiding employees with (performance) problems
  • Contributing to the personal development of employees through training and / or further education
  • Formulating the outflow policy of the organization (dismissals, reorganizations, outplacement and exit interviews)
  • Improving the employee journey
  • Streamline our sourcing process to hire people that fit our company culture
  • Build your team according to the growth of the company (recruitment, hr, coach etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

  • +5 years of proven experience in a People Ops/HR leadership role (preferably in an agency)
  • Experience in helping similar companies going through the growth stage is a plus
  • An unwavering belief in organizational culture
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, preferably Dutch native
