We are looking for an ambitious intern who is excited to assist our project managers with a wide variety of tasks in our diverse projects. What will you be doing?
- During your internship, you will support our project management team in the various projects they manage.
- You will plan and prepare meetings for the team and will take care of potential follow ups.
- You will assist in monitoring the project budgets and planning and ensure that the administration of these projects is up to date and taken care of.
- You will help to improve processes on both company and individual project level and you are proactive in suggestinging your own proposals.
- Developing yourself: at &ranj, personal development is very important to us. That’s why we will make sure that you are well-supervised during your internship. Additionally, we organize various workshops and we hold a special ‘Learning Day’ for the entire staff twice a year.
- Participate in all activities. From the start, we consider all of our interns as fully-fledged ranjies and therefore you can participate in all the fun activities that are being organised, such as playing new games and our weekly afternoon drinks on Thursdays. For the meantime, these activities are mostly happening online but we are seeing life slowly but surely coming back to the studio.
What we’re looking for:
- You are great at organizing, like to keep oversight and you know your way around Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are passionate, eager to learn and flexible.
- You are independent and assertive. You can work independently but also know when to ask for help.
- You enjoy helping people and do this proactively.
Who are you?
- You are looking for an internship for approximately 3 days a week (the number of days is flexible) for a period of at least 4 months.
- You are enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (HBO) for the full duration of the internship.
- In addition to Dutch, you also speak and write English at a sufficient professional level.
- You are interested in (serious) games and/or behavioral change.
