What we do for brands like House of Bols, Signify, Intersport and others can be put into three stages:
The Build phase is where we need you. Our focus and expertise in Headless development (Shopify plus) hasn’t gone unnoticed and as a result, we have landed lots of new challenging projects. The whole team consists of 30 people, 7+ nationalities, 60/40 man-women. Of those 30 people, 15 are developers medior to senior level, and we are looking to double the dev team by the end of 2021.

Company culture seems hard to put in exact words. But it’s something you feel pretty much straight away. Therefore, a meet and greet with some of our developers is part of the hiring process.

Questions we get asked a lot during interviews:
Salary range (ranges are in euro and ex. 8% holiday allowance)
Medior: 36.000 – 51.000
Senior dev: 51.000 – 66.000

Can I work remote?
Yes, but not full time. We value being and doing stuff together too much to never see you face to face. We do support longer periods of remote working, though.
You decide when you work from home or work at our beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam. A place we see more like a clubhouse anyway. At the moment, we cap the max amount of people in the office at the same time.
What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Yes? Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that, you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role. The meet and greet is casually scheduled when it suits you best.
