As a Creative you come up with concepts that make people's lives easier or more pleasant and thereby give brands their desired position of preference. Because people are your main focus point, you have to think about ideas not in terms of just TV, print or digital. You also don't think in boxes of art or copy. We don't do that either. Apart from your conceptual abilities, you have a strong sense for combining function, form and text. As a talented Trainee you participate in daily creative activities. That means working together with the Creatives on creative briefings and having supervision of specific campaigns and programs.
