We are constantly looking for innovations that combine business impact, user centricity, design and technology. To further strengthen our team of UX designers, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior UX Designer.

The skills you bring
- Design: You create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, UX copy, patterns, user flows to effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
- Overview: The designs you create are based on a complete flow and don’t have any loose ends or inconsistencies. For smaller projects and features, you’re responsible for the flow itself.
- Aesthetics: You have a feel for aesthetics, so you are able to create wireframes that translate and communicate to visual design. You are also able to create clean and clear deliverables.
- Iteration: You iterate on your design, rationalize your design choices, and think about what the right level of fidelity is.

What else?
Anything we’ve missed? Oh yes, you should:
- Be available for 36-40 hours per week.
- Have 0-3 years of experience working in this field. Or you have experience working as an intern.
- Speak Dutch and English fluently (for user research and client communication).
- Be educated in the direction of design and specialized in UX.
Extra points if you have worked at an agency or if you are familiar with the technical possibilities and limitations of code/front-end/back-end. (Don’t worry, you won’t code, but it helps give you an edge when designing digital products).
